Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange, we'll do our best to get your new item to you as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes any personalized or made-to-order timepieces.
